Open Houses

Open houses may only be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm.  The homeowner or agent must notify the Club of the date(s) and times the property will be holding the open house no later than Thursday noon. Include the date(s), property address and contact information. Click Here to send an email to the Club.

Open House signs (only ONE (1) per listing) may only be displayed for the duration of the open house, they cannot be displayed before noon or after 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays and there must be an agent or homeowner in attendance during the open house.

The Club will provide the security gate with a list containing the address of each open homes and the same information will be posted on the website below the tab "Open Houses."
