A SPECTACULAR SPOOKTACULAR!

The Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation Spooktacular Golf Outing was held on Saturday, October 24th. The 4-person scramble kicked off with 188 golfers participating and netting almost $7,000 for the Foundation.
Chairperson Sue Carter and an amazing group of volunteers, as well as the Pelican Sound golf staff and Administration, worked hard to make this event a huge success.

KICK-OFF EVENT 2021

THANK YOU to all who participated in the Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation KICK-OFF 2021 SUPER BOWL GOLF TOURNAMENT, held on Friday, January 22. 216 golfers participated, netting over $17,500 for the Foundation. Proceeds will go toward supporting qualified charitable and educational programs of organizations that improve the lives of SW Florida residents in need.

Thanks to Chairperson Dawn Williamson, her Committee and the many, many volunteers who contributed to the success of the day! Also, thank you to the Pelican Sound Golf Staff and Administration for their support.

SCAVENGER HUNT

Our first ever Scavenger Hunt was held on April 24th with 183 Pelican Sound residents participating in a fun, safe evening of solving clues, accumulating points and celebrating with dinner and awards in Pelican Park. Over $7,500 was raised to help the Foundation with its goal of assisting Southwest Florida residents in need through its Grants Program.

Special thanks to Events Committee Chairperson Sue Carter, Scavenger Hunt Chairperson Annette Koch, the Pelican Sound Golf Staff and Administration team, and the many volunteers worked so hard to make this event a success! Thanks to everyone as we continue MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER!

KENTUCKY DERBY GOLFING EVENT

The Kentucky Derby Golf Outing was held on Saturday, May 1st. The 4-person scramble with 136 golfers participating netted over $17,000 for the Foundation. Enjoying the Derby theme, golfers enjoyed a beautiful day, special events and a few surprises followed by dinner and the awarding of Silent Auction items and themed gift baskets that were raffled off.

GOLF BALL DROP A HUGE SUCCESS!

This IS how we ‘Make a Difference Together’! Over 1,300 golf balls were dropped from a helicopter on Tuesday January 7th, and most important, over $20,000 was raised to fund qualified grant programs benefiting Southwest Florida residents in need!
