A: 1. An Application for Approval to Purchase must be completed twenty (20) business days prior to closing and returned to the Neighborhood Homeowners Association. Below is a list of contacts where you may acquire and submit your application, inquire about the quarterly condo fee and obtain budget information specific to the different neighborhoods in the Pelican Sound Community.

Please bring your closing papers with you to the Administration Office as we will need a copy for our records. At your new member orientation, we will complete the process by setting up an account, assigning your membership number, issuing your Photo ID Member Cards and arranging for a parking pass or permanent parking decal. We will also review important rules, answer your questions and give you a "Welcome Packet" of information for you to take home and review to help acquaint you with the rules of the Club and its many activities. Congratulations! Now it's time to enjoy the many opportunities included with your membership at Pelican Sound.
