Members have use of formal and casual Golf Club and River Club dining, a beautifully maintained 27-hole championship private golf course, an aqua practice range, short game practice range & putting green, reciprocal golf and dining privileges with select local Golf & Country Clubs (May through October), golf schools, private lessons and golf clinics, eight lighted Hydro-Grid, Har-Tru tennis courts, eighteen pickleball courts, five bocce courts, multi-use sports courts, five community pools/spas and one main pool/spa with three firepits, a host of activities and clubs, special events, gulf access from the Estero River via Pelican Sound's private boat ramp, outdoor dry boat storage, a fitness center, kayak park, a shuttle boat to Lover's Key State Park and nature trails.

An annual assessment is paid each year by December 31st to the Pelican Sound Master Association. The Club dues cover the upcoming year's budgeted operational costs and replacement reserves.

All neighborhoods have a quarterly Homeowners Association Fee that covers costs specific to that neighborhood.

An Application for Approval to Purchase must be completed and returned to the Neighborhood Home Owners Association.

Please bring your closing papers with you to the Accounting Office between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. At this visit we will assign your membership number, give you Photo ID Member Cards and issue your car registration decals. We will also review important rules, answer your questions and give you a "Welcome Packet" of information for you to take home and review to help acquaint you with the Club and its many activities. Congratulations! Now it's time to enjoy the many opportunities included with your membership at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club.
