SPOOKTACULAR GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation's Spooktacular Golf Outing was held on Saturday, October 22nd. The 4-person scramble was ghostly fun with 119 golfers participating in the Tournament and several more members joining the dinner. The weather was great and everyone loved the format of varying fun rules for each hole! $6,400 was raised for the Foundation and a big THANKS to all who continue to help by Making a Difference Together!

Annette & Dave Koch, Suzy Urick, and a multitude of volunteers made the day a huge success! Also, a big thank you to the Pelican Sound Golf, Administration and Food & Beverage staff for their support. The follow-up dinner and awards ceremony was a special treat for everyone!

2023 Volunteer Fair

The Pelican Sound Charitable Foundation Volunteer Fair was a huge success! The theme of the Fair was “Find your passion! Get involved! Make a difference” The Fair’s purpose was to provide residents of Pelican Sound an opportunity to learn about where they might volunteer in our area. Twenty-six non-profit organizations were present to talk with approximately 150 residents who attended the Fair.

Cafe of Life Diaper Drive - 30,954 Diapers Donated!

Your generous donations to Cafe of Life represent a $13,000 contribution and will provide a huge relief to parents who struggle to afford this expensive necessity.

Scavenger Hunt

A huge "thank you" for all of those that braved the cold and rainy weather to participate in the Scavenger Hunt.

Scavenger Hunt 1st Place - Team 4 wins a $30 PS gift card for each team member (Cheryl Coleman, Patti Reglin, Donna Morris, Judy May, Sharon Case and Clare Towle)
2nd Place - Team 17 wins PS Pizza dinner food voucher for each team member (Carole Hastings, Ross Riley, Alan Jones, Denise Jones, Michael Bevan and Lynn Bevan)
3rd Place - Team 10 wins PS burger lunch food voucher for each team member (Kathy Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes, Brian Sherlock, Kathy Sherlock, Steve Lonsdale and Joni Lonsdale)
