LEASING
Pelican Sound Golf & River Club, Inc. does not handle the rental of properties within the community. All rentals are handled either privately by the owner or through a rental or real estate agent. Units that are advertised here on the Pelican Sound website can be seen by clicking the "Rentals" link to your left. There may be additional units that are available through other sources utilized by owners.
The Amenity Privilege Transfer is processed through the Club after the Lease approval is received. An Application to Lease must be submitted by the unit Owner 20 business days prior to the beginning of the Lease.
